Objective : to identify training needs for taking up dairy tourism activity by farmers.
Approach : Experts opinion, I have collected the response of two set of experts on a three point continuum (Most important, Important and least important), calculated Relative importance index (RII), now there is a difference between the response of the two set of experts (Mann Whitney's U test). Now there is no agreement of two set of experts on various needs for example one of expert says Language competency is most important with Higher RII score and another set of expert says Language competency is least important with low RII score. How to identify those needs which are most important form the perspective of both the respondents i.e. experts opinion. Kindly suggest me a methodology for this situation.
