Yes, They will again reconfirm it, some journals also do some copyright transfer formalities there also you can change it. Or play safe just drop a mail to the journal about it.

For most reputable international journals, the publication process takes weeks/months for review – so, there should be ample time to correct a typographical error. Papers typically go through 2-3 iterations of revisions back-forth with the author, before they are released for publication. Unless you believe the article will be published imminently, I would suggest waiting to correct the error during the revision stage.

Please note, one important exception: some publications do not allow changes to the list of authors after first submission e.g., adding/deleting an author -or- changing the order of authors.

I think most of journal send a message to the corresponding author to check the manuscript before published.
