this should be due to degradation. The thing is that this degradation may occur also during electrophoresis.

So what i can do to prevent degradation during electrophoresis.

Dear Manal,

Did you compare your band with ladder? In which range does the band assemble? Maybe all the RNA is degraded and the band is caused by some contaminations.
