In short, I was presented an adolescent female with dissociative stupor at out ER unit, followed by several non-epileptic seizures. After she returned to normal functioning we diagnosed her with ADHD hyperactive type.
This was quite surprising and it was possible to have a PET scan of the brain with 18FDG. The findings showed hypometabolism predominantly of the occipito-temporal , fronto-parietal, and temporal regions.
I am kindly asking you if someone could have a look at these PET findings or to suggest a colleague who might help.
