Just as you write a great challenge is to be a good lecturer/professor.

But if you love being a teacher you will always try to be interesting and transfer to your students the knowledge.

I solve this with an active method of lecturing, using all the best of all teaching methods (Blended learning).

Just as you write a great challenge is to be a good professor.

I can mention several training methods:

• Traditional training - mainly in the context of trainings organized in classes with teacher-learner interaction.
• Distance training. The first forms at a distance, launched primarily for reasons of cost reduction.
• E-learning hyper mediatized: The dropout rate was such that the designers have sought to improve the content of training by offering animations.
• E-learning with tutoring: Despite the animations, learners continued to abandon distance learning. The tutor ensures that the motivation to learn is maintained.

But if you love being a teacher you will always try to be interesting and transfer to your students the knowledge.

I solve this with an active method, using all the best of all teaching methods (Blended-learning: It's a mix between face-to-face and distance learning).
