Does anyone have experience with off-the-shelf pneumatic drives that can impart a standard fluorescence or CD spectroscope with stopped-flow capabilities i.e. ability to measure fast kinetics. Are they any good? What are the limitations? We have a JASCO 710 CD instrument and want to get dead-times in the range of 10 ms with it. Applied photophysics offers RX2000 accessory that can do this. Does anyone have experience with this accessory? Are there any other similar instruments that we can check out?
