You can check the initial cytotoxicity of fagonia cretica herbal tea using MTT, SRB, Thymidine assay. Also by doing cell cycle, apoptosis, western blot and PCR you will come to know the mechanistic pathways for the anticancer efficacy. Then upon successful effect you may go for in vivo mouse model.

What specialties ,whom I can depend on to achieve this study & is your institution ready to help me or give me an award or grant?? as you know here in Sudan our country is very poor in scientific research.

As per grant or any fellowship, it is difficult to get over here. But, if you can carry out some initial experiments with the help of some institutes in your country, we can help to do some detailed work. 

Or, you prepare methanol or other extract of agonia cretica herbal tea, and send me by post. I can help you to do that for initial experiments. If it comes good we can carry out deep study.

As for the extract ,it is very easy to prepare and send to you,just send to me your post office box .I hope it will be a good start point for co operation
