Is this posstible that we are getting NMR Proton signals for morpholine protons in NMR AT 3.73-3.83 ppm and 2.49-2.51 ppm in DMSO for synthesized derivatives but we are not getting carbon signals of morpholine carbon Instead get peaks at 37-42 ppm due to DMSO
The easiest thing that comes to mind - morholine signal may be overlapped with DMSO signal. Try DEPT-135 experiment, that is relatively fast, or HSQC - it should show a crosspeak if morpholine is there.
I HAD SOME POTASSIUM ORGANIC DERIVATIVES FROM PLANTS WHICH DINT GIVE CARBON NMR THOUGH THEY GAVE PROTON NMRS
What are the conditions for 13C experiment (concentration, number of scans)? If you don't have 13C signal at all, it usually because of low concentration of the sample (if the sample is expensive or available in small quantities you can try to use Shigemi tubes and DEPT experiment as it is more sensitive that usual 13C NMR)
i had the compound in good amount as for sampling i had to outsource to CDRI india
