as the source of my model, it's always saying:
"Error ! ncol and nrow should be >=3 ! For 1D simulation, use 3 rows and appropriate boundary conditions."
Is there something wrong in my .mat result?

That code does not even work. The code I mentioned above worked but the '.mat' result do not seem running. Should the .tif be in rectangle shape and having no 'NO DATA' value?

I don't think there is something wrong with the code you posted.
Maybe you should look into your model and the kind of input it requires.
