Anxiety (Fear) is the opposite of Love. In love we trust. In trust there is no fear. When we become depressed by context (politics, relationships, partnership, job, jab etc.) we have lost the connection to the source of love and therefore the source of our inner power. To re-connect with the absolute (god), the source of eternal love refills us and this reduces fear. The truth is always simple.
Why does depression increase nowadays?
Depresse is the participle from Latin deprimere (to push down). Depression grows because of all the down-pushing influencing factors: commercial, politics, (pseudo-)religions, consumption and many more which all lead to fear. The opposite of love, fear, is the main cause of becoming depressed because it prevents development ("pushing up") which is the opposite of depression (be pushed down). The main reason is the fear triggering influence of: commercial - fear of having too little, being not enough ... politics - fear of not being secure, fear of war, having too little rights, borders or goods ... (pseudo-)religions - we are better than others, you have to follow us because that is the only way to salvation and the resulting fear of being on the "right way" consumption - it is okay to exploit others for having more of (whatever); it is okay to not live in harmony with creation and the resulting fear that others can do as well... The list is expandable in many ways. But the core reason of fear is our mindset, averted from the absolute as the source of love. Like shadow, which begins to exist if something turns away from light. The main trap is the one-sidedness, which I explained in many other threads: monotheism (only our way is special) versus atheism (there is no will of God). We need the inner orientation to God in his transcendence AND immanence (theism), so God is in everything but also has a free will, like we have. When we understand his individuality too, we can pray: "Your will be done."
What causes depression and anxiety in the context of spiritual science? Anxiety and depression are understandable as a loss of spiritual energy because of averting from the spiritual source. Than people fear of having to less (attentiveness, love etc.). According to that mind-set they (mostly unaware) manipulate others to become what they do not become from the source because they turned their back to the light and look automatically into the shadow (averted from the light). Another very important reason is the unnatural way of living according to that mind set. In order to manipulate the surrounding humans believe that matter must be formed although matter is already in-formed by consciousness. So mankind manipulates (averted from the source) nature by exploding/consumption. Under the necessity of consumption there is always something not enough and every energy generated out of harmony costs more than it brings (like electricity or nuclear power). So mother earth suffers under consumption and we loose resources... that generates fear (of having to less) and this fear is the motor of a consumption-society. Within that kind of society anxiety and depression is a natural consequence. The third reason (and as well a natural consequence of the consumption society) is the chronic brain stress according to cerebrotoxic substances like modern pharmacy, drugs, hormones and micro-plastic in the water in combination with a reduced blood-brain-barrier due to high and middle frequent radiation (WLAN, 5G etc.) wherever humans are. Moreover we look several hours per day at a screen instead at the sky, we breath conditioned air instead of fresh air, we hear street noise instead of forest sounds, eat industrial food instead of fresh foods and when we buy "fresh" tomatoes they have hardly little essential ingredients but they are filled up with toxic substances. Than the so exposed and feeded body reacts with disturbed immune-system, microbiom etc. and so the brain is under chronic stress. Chronic "rubbing" (stress) leads to heat and to inflammation. So you can see inflammation of the hypothalamic region as a core process of depression and dementia...
How can we control fear and anxiety?
The theory is simple: The most powerful source is love. Love is the opposite of fear and to feed love will help love grow. If the plant of love grows, the plant will build blossoms like trust, awareness, devotion, connection to the absolute, to others and many more. All these blossoms remove us from fear and anxiety … The practical way needs some practice: The first step is the acceptance of our anxiety and the idea of: "Okay, I am someone who has fear“. After that we need to meditate some minutes a day about love or at least about the absolute (God). Just the mantra "thy will be done" helps us to get some distance from all the believing in "needs" (needs of enough love, security, richness, health, money etc.). Then, step by step, we also become aware that we are something even without our needs, our past, our family, our job etc. This "something" can not be threatened! We might meditate a bit longer and after a certain time we become aware that there are many influencing factors in our (modern) life trying to recall us for needs. Like the common root of all commercial, social media, any scores and valuation, which remind us that we must regulate something, manipulate us because we are otherwise not good enough. By the way, that also feeds the mindset and the idea that it is right to manipulate others, not to respect their free will and in this way we also feed more threat and danger to the world in general. After we have recognized that and discovered the universal law that the things we feed grow, we can feed our mind and soul with the following idea: "I am right and true!" and maybe with a second idea: "God – I trust you" … and after spending some time with these ideas maybe we feel that we are enough. What we are (the something mentioned above) can relax into God’s harmony or disturb it, but it cannot manipulate it! … This is one of the essentials in the process of enlightening. So last, but not least: We can not CONTROL anxiety. This is an error in reasoning because by our attempt to control we feed the idea that there is something we need to control to become better.
Anxiety typically involves excessive worry, fear, and unease about future events or circumstances. It often manifests as physical symptoms like rapid heartbeat, restlessness, and difficulty concentrating. Whereas: Depression, on the other hand, is characterized by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in activities. It can lead to changes in appetite, sleep disturbances, low energy, and thoughts of self-harm.
Moreover, anxiety focuses on apprehension and excessive worry, depression centers around a pervasive sense of sadness and disinterest in life.
However, it's important to note that both conditions can have overlapping symptoms and may require professional help for diagnosis and treatment.
Dear Nicolas, In regards to your question. Stephen Ternyik and I are currently working on a paper to be entitled:
Ontological Engineering
Exemplified by KMW
( Knowledge, Management, and Wisdom)
This paper presents the vital role mathematical modeling plays in the analysis of the philosophy and psychology of social systems. The social system in this study is the Behavior Management of the interactions of Knowledge, Management , and Wisdom (KMW) as measureable in the state plane of production and people. The state-space (x,y) of KMW is assumed to have the cyclical characteristics that are replicated yearly and measured by moving sensors placed on the respective orbits of the KMW system. Motion of these sensors satisfies Newtonian physics and as such produces qualitative and quantitative results.

OVERVIEW
Introduction of Orbit Theory via Natural Philosophy: Sir Isaac Newton’s law of inertia states an object will continue to move in a straight line unless acted on by another force. But then, how did this explain why the moon orbited the earth? What was the other force? Newton theorized the same force that caused an apple to fall from a tree was also the force that kept the moon in place. Over several years, Newton worked until he had developed the law of universal gravitation, which debuted in his book Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy (1869).
Similar to the objects that rotate and translate in a universal gravitational field, the KMW system was forensically simulated to produce orbital motion about a point source given the location of the objects initial epoch. The notions of Philosophy and Psychology can be quantified as the system's measurable magnitude. The period of the respective KMW orbits is redetermined to be 1 year. Figure 1 (KMW Orbital Motion) is intended to clarify these notions for the reader.
As illustrated by the figure:
1. The respective point sources locations are given
by the(x,y)locations of the respective CG's.
Angular motion is constant and it's direction is counterclockwise.
Philosophy is measured in the horizontal direction quantified by the value of the x coordinate, while
Psychology is measurable in the vertical direction quantified by the value of the y coordinate, and
The 6 points on the green circumference are the predicable locations of the point source locations for the system KMW Tree of Life – see Figure 2 : Knowledge Tree of Life in Euclidean Space ,Gilchrist [1], and Figure 3: Magnitude of Knowledge Propagation in Time
@all Anxiety and depression are complex mental health conditions that are commonly associated with psychiatry and psychology. Psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, including anxiety and depression. They often prescribe medications and may use a combination of therapeutic approaches to manage these conditions.
Psychology, on the other hand, is the scientific study of the mind and behavior. Clinical psychologists are mental health professionals who assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for various psychological disorders, including anxiety and depression. They employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help individuals manage their symptoms and improve their well-being.
While psychiatrists and psychologists are often involved in the diagnosis and treatment of anxiety and depression, it's worth noting that other healthcare professionals may also be involved in their management. For example, primary care physicians can diagnose and initiate treatment for anxiety and depression, and may refer individuals to psychiatrists or psychologists for specialized care.
Additionally, multidisciplinary approaches are increasingly recognized as beneficial for addressing mental health conditions. This may involve collaboration among healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, counselors, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with anxiety and depression.
It is important to remember that mental health is a complex field, and the involvement of various professionals can contribute to a holistic and personalized approach to treatment. The specific roles and responsibilities of different professionals may vary based on the healthcare system and individual circumstances.
