I suggest you to use the anaconda distribution for python :

https://www.anaconda.com/download/

It contains everything you need for scientific computing (including scipy and numpy) the pip module and the conda module, that allow you to install other modules not contained in this distribution, are also present. btw anaconda include something like 500 scientific modules.

I attach a zip file with python 2.7.3 (32 bit) installer and corresponding .exe files to easily install numpy 1.8.2 and scipy 0.16.1 (I've also included the transcription of the content in the above link, just in case)

1) You should first install python:

https://www.python.org/downloads/

2) Then, you should install pip:

python get-pip.py

3) After, you should install some libraries such:

python -m pip install --user numpy scipy matplotlib ipython jupyter pandas sympy nose

4) Finally, you should use the libraries (adaqus) on the top of your script.py file and start writing code.

Python, embedded in Abaqus 2019, comes with numpy 1.6.2.
