Janane Allah indeed the problem occured was in the applied load, i actually applied the load on a reference point that was coupled with a line on the top surface of the beam end, so i deletet the reference point and instead of that applied the load in a simple node and the job converged, i still dont underrstand the reason behind this.

Ali Khalili exactly sir, i used to always apply the load on a reference point, however this time it gave me this warning 'there is a zero pivot when processing DOF6 in that node'. the reference point was coupled in all 6 degrees of freedom and the load was applied in the y axis so i dont understand the reson behind that warning
