If you want to erect a seismological network for the Middle East Alexandr, you have to realise that earthquakes do not know of human borders political systems, crimes against humanity etcetera.

Hence, you and all humans for that matter, will have to be pragmatic and science inspired, not politically inspired. So when you state:"You understand why", I have to state that I do not understand why! You will have to spell out your understanding clearly to me! Can you?

Dear Frank. It is good when a person does not know the problems associated with state security services.

An Israeli has no right to correspond with an Arab country with which Israel does not have friendly relations.

In 2013, Syria offered me funding for my technique. I asked for permission to consider Syria's proposal, but they didn't even respond, and then the war began in Syria.

Now I wouldn't even bother asking permission. The enterprise must be opened in a country that does not create boundaries for humanitarian projects. I meant it.

I understand Alexandr! There are a lot of borders and obstacles that scientists still are confronted with in international cooperation endeavors. It is deplorable, because so much more global applications including impact assessment of climate change at the global scale could be monitored, and understood much better in the context of international exchange of research results and international scientific cooperations could shed much more light on the mentioned issue and many others!

Nationalism, racism, extremism, autocratic rulers, seem to take hold in many societies all over the Globe creating even more damage and social divide!

I am not hopeless, but rather an old rebel in these matters, and science is my guide in these matters, and communication with genuine humanists.

There is actually not much else I can do!

Dear Frank Veroustraete, I am grateful to you for being a caring person and a scientist. Of course, all people have equal rights and responsibilities, regardless of their nationality, nation and religion, and even the planet where they were born. :-).

God gave me knowledge that I used to save people’s lives in the event of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. In fact, I was not the only one who received this knowledge. There is a learned professor who also lived in the city of Balti in Moldova. We met him in Israel.

He also works in the field of earthquake forecasting. We were not allowed to work together and because of this people are losing the opportunity to survive these disasters. There is geophysicist Barkovsky (he very well revealed the gravitational nature of earthquakes). He and I accidentally walked in parallel in our research, but we did not manage to meet.

Strashimir Mavrodiev, Alexey Nikolaev, Evgeny Rogozhin and other scientists who are no longer with us. They have done a lot for people, but some science officials hide the results for their own enrichment. I ask the forum participants to help break through the wall that officials have created; it is their fault that people are dying. Honor and justice, that's what I ask and demand.

Мне Бог дал знания, которые я использовал чтоб сохранить жизнь людям в случае землетрясений и извержений вулканов. На самом деле, я не один получил эти знания. Есть ученый профессор, который тоже жил в городе Бельцы в Молдавии. Мы с ним встретились в Израиле.

Он также работает в области прогноза землетрясений. Нам не дали работать вместе и от этого люди теряют возможность выжить в этих катастрофах. Есть геофизик Барковский (он очень хорошо раскрыл гравитационную природу землетрясений). Мы с ним случайно шли параллельно в своих исследованиях, но нам не удалось встретиться.

Страшимир Мавродиев, Алексей Николаев, Евгений Рогожин и другие ученые, которых уже нет с нами. Они много сделали для людей, но некоторые чиновники от науки прячут результаты для своего обогащения. Я прошу участников форума помочь пробить стену, которую создали чиновники, это по их вине гибнут люди. Честь и справедливость, вот чего я прошу и требую.
