The journal behind it is “Journal of Aquaculture Engineering and Fisheries Research”
But there is more:
They come up with positive news... since Zelensky Putin wrote the following paper:

Well...
PS. To illustrate the completely pointless value of this 'paper' this 'journal' published another fully unrelated paper with the same title (see enclosed file).
There are numerous additional examples of sad and pointless papers (most likely ChatGPT generated) in this 'journal' with sentences like:
“One of the most interesting parts of science is the ocean. With so much water covering the earth, the amount of knowledge that exists underwater is virtually limitless.”
and
“Throughout history, forage fish populations have remained intact due to abundant fish, limited numbers of fishing vessels, and modest fishing methods. I experienced. This decline, combined with recent advances in fishing technology, has caused us to start "fishing up the food web."”
These sentences are attributed to two well-respected authors of which I am convinced that they are not aware off ‘their contribution’ (see enclosed files).
Even without looking at the content it is clear that there something ‘fishy’ about this journal:
-ISSN info (https://portal.issn.org/resource/ISSN/2149-0236 ) refers to the (no longer functional) website of Scientific Web Journals. This publisher is as ScientificWebJournals included in the Beall’s list of potential predatory journals (https://beallslist.net )
-Their indexing info (https://www.jaefr.com/indexing.html ) proudly mention EuroPub and Global Impact Factor (GIF) where GIF is a notorious example of a misleading metric (https://beallslist.net/misleading-metrics/ )
-The limited contact info (https://www.jaefr.com/contact-us.html ) refers to “Hilaris” another publisher mentioned in the Beall’s list (https://beallslist.net )
-I suspect that the editorial board is fake https://www.jaefr.com/editorial-board.html For example Dr. Mamcarz ANDRZEJ is besides the fact that he is in the meantime 72 years old, way too reputed to be affiliated to this junk journal

This not so much an example of plagiarism but more the creation of most likely software generated bogus content with fictional authors or authors created by identity theft.

This is a phenomenon that forms a world of deception on its own, these people not even attempt to act legit.

The publisher behind the journal that ‘published’ the paper is “International Scholars Journals” which is according to the well-known Beall’s list https://beallslist.net not only (potentially) predatory but also linked to Longdom Publishing SL. which is on their turn linked to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OMICS_Publishing_Group

it describes that a number of the “brands” of the OMICS world all use this scam to create content by stealing someone’s identity (or even use deceased people’s names) with not a single attempt to hide this fraud.
