As part of the issues of project management as a master's thesis, I propose the following research topic: Analysis of the key determinants of effective and efficient project management, development and implementation of multi-faceted, integrated management of pandemic risk or cybercrime risk or operational risk of implementation and use of new technologies in the enterprise (including the calculation of CPM, EVM and quantitative risk analysis models in the systemic, instrumentalized risk management process).
