I'm fabricating the soluble prussian blue (NaFeFe) in recent days.

I know there's a way to let colloid solution start precipitating by adding some electrolyte solution. For example, NaCl or KCl solution.

In my case, if I add KCl solution, which works much better than NaCl one, will K ion occupies the vacancies in my NaFeFe crystal structure? Especially the vacancies that Na atoms should have occupied?

I thought about this question and my answer is NO because NaFeFe is stable once it already formed.

But as I recall, I read a paper before which said they made NaFeFe by sinking Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3 into high Na+ concentration solution.

So now I'm wondering again.
