I am trying to utilise some new high resolution DEM for hydrological modeling purposes (mainly SWAT), but the data contains some elements such as bridges which block the flow in the watershed analysis. Given that the river is draining from the capital district of Finland, there could be quite a few features to eliminate. Thus, some automated tool would be ideal, but even good manual fixing practices would be welcome.
