Does anybody here know if having accepted a paper in the 9th Machine Intelligence and Digital Interaction Conference is valid and valuable for a scientific resume?
It depends most of the universities needs paper that must be published in a well reputed journal while some of them gave relaxation in these COVID-19 crises.
It would depends on where they published their conference proceedings, is it Scopus index or not like that.
Also some conference committee gives opportunity to the authors to extend their version and published in a good index journal without any extra charges.
The value of your research article depends on the novelty of the work, presentation of the work. If you have some quality research on the popular or trending subject areas, you will get good citations and a better valuation of your paper whether you publish in any conferences. Ofcourse, you should add all your publications in your scientific resume whether it is journal publication or conference. You need to highlight the most cited and most recent paper of yours at the being of your scintific publication list.
