I want to prepare some microfluidic chips based on PDMS via PDMS casting. For that, I am preparing 3D-printed molds with the DLP (digital light printing) method. The molds have features that are below 200 um (150 um wide gaps) and some standard parameters, such as 1.5 s irradiation and around 24 mW/cm2 with Lumen X+ bioprinter, cannot produce those features, even though the resolution of the printer is 50 um/px. Any recommendations on printing parameters? Also, I am using standard photosensitive resin for DLP/SLA (3D-basics Basic resin).
