380 cm⁻¹ and 584 cm⁻¹ - ZnO A1 LO or A1 TO mode?

Do the bands at 380 cm⁻¹ and 584 cm⁻¹ in the Raman spectra of ZnO correspond to the A1(TO) or A1(LO) mode? Some of the publications I’ve read describe them one way, while others describe them the other.
