I guess that the most important obstacle is the laws related to the use of drones both outdoor or indoor. In any case, leaving apart the laws issue, I think that precision of drones, the robustness of the solution in terms of battery consumption and the capacity of drones to carry materials are some interesting challenges.

1. Limited carrying capacity of the drone.

2. Limited power sources to supply necessary preservation to highly perishable medicines.

3. Different laws prohibiting drones to be a regular supply chain member.
