I am trying to photocrosslink a bioink comprised of 1% w/v Gellan Gum in 10% w/v GelMA with 0.75% w/v LAP. I'm currently using an Allevi printer and photocuring my structure for 30 seconds after each layer with an intensity of 30% and photocuring my structure after print for 2 minutes at an intensity of 30%. I've also just tried manually photocuring the structure for up to 5 minutes at 30% intensity but the GelMA is still not crosslinking. Any suggestions?
