I want to obtain deep eutectic solvent with Betaine chloride +MAA +Water but betaine is not dissolve in MAA to form homogeneous solution?

According to the literature I am using a 1:2:1 ratio of Betaine chloride +MAA +Water but a clear solution not obtained at 90 degrees even kept for 5 hours.could someone suggest?
