Hello, I want to make cell culture medium contains 0.005 mg/ml bovine insulin. which form is better to use (liquid or powder)? How should I solve it ?

This medium also contain 10nm dehydroisoandrosterone, 90%; fetal bovine serum, 5%; and Nu-serum IV, 5%.
