At which different wavelength various components of bone amide 1 will appear while taking second derivative of amide 1 ?

I need to know at which wavelength random coils , B-sheets , alpha- helix etc will appear in amide 1 of bone using raman . Lot of literature is there for FTIR but i couldn't find for RAMAN.
