What is best protocol for isolating the RNA from PBMCs and PBMCs subsets (CD4, CD8, B cells, Monocytes) stored in RNA Later?

Do i need to pellet out cells from RNA later or go for RNA isolation without doing so? Especially when cell yield is low in case of cell subsets
