If we talk about the XRD analysis of GQD's then what result we conclude about the crystal nature of GQD's from XRD..either GQD's are cubic, orthorhombic etc ????

I have taken the UV visible spectrum of Graphene quantum dots, two peaks appear one at 237 and other at almost 310 nm?

An another peak like a shoulder appear at almost 460 nm, i dont know the reason why this appear and it correponds to which type of transition or group??? any one answer this question

someone mentioned that heat it at 78 degree Celsius, is this is the only thing to do or something else? plz anyone tell me the proper method.
