If we talk about the XRD analysis of GQD's then what result we conclude about the crystal nature of GQD's from XRD..either GQD's are cubic, orthorhombic etc ????

I have taken the UV visible spectrum of Graphene quantum dots, two peaks appear one at 237 and other at almost 310 nm?

An another peak like a shoulder appear at almost 460 nm, i dont know the reason why this appear and it correponds to which type of transition or group??? any one answer this question
