Facilitating conditions constraint in UTAUT model isn't significant as a determinant to usage behavior. Does this mean that the data is wrong?

In a paper based on the UTAUT model, the facilitating conditions constraint isnt significant with regard to usage. Can I still publish it? I am yet to come across a paper where FC was not significant

I am looking for a model/theory to use that can predict the acceptance/adoption of prospective users by the introduction of a new technology (software system).
