My MNPs are coated with different compounds of varying functional groups, they have good values of zeta, but pdi ig high. Anybody could explain that?

I have synthesised magnetic nanoparticles of around 7nm size, coated with different amino acids. I am getting good zeta values of around 40-50 mV but the sizes are large. pdi is not high i.e....
