I missed adding Dntp's in the pcr master mix and ran the program for RFLP's. Now can i add Dntp's in it and run the program again?

All other pcr reagents were added along with dna and primers so what should i do? Do i need to make the master mix again? Or i can use this one? Need some experienced or logical replies thank you 😊
