MTT assay in low oxygen

I am just wondering as MTT assay is a reduction assay does anybody know whether the use of an MTT assay in an already hypoxic environment would be accurate? All suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Can i predict fragment size from primers?

I have found primers from our research group for a particular gene of interest but am not sure of the fragment size. Can I predict this from the primer sequence?

Is there a difference between ECL Plus and ECL Prime?

Has anybody used ECL Prime since ECL Plus has now been discontinued from Amersham? Also, has anybody used the ECL Plus alternative from Peirce and if so what has your experience been?
