XRD of Sn-Co alloys deposit show no peaks of Sn, Co or their alloys.but EDS shows their presence. what could be the reasons?

I tried codepositing Sn and Cobalt onto copper substrate. EDS data shows that the substrate has 60%Co-40%Sn (wt%). however the XRD has no peaks from Sn, Co or its alloys.
