Can anyone give any comparative study between O2 pressure in PLD and total (O2 and Ar) chamber pressure in rf sputtering i.e. any equivalent pressure?

Can anyone give any convertion parameter so that I can grow the same film in PLD taking data for RF-Sputtering parameters provided targets and substrates are same or vice-versa. Thank you.

Is it possible to predict the required energy in PLD to get best possible film by only seeing the plume shape with respect to target and substrate?

Actually I don't get to do PLD often so I can't do try and error many times, so I want to know the best suitable energy required for my specific target and substrate with minimum time. And I think...
