Can anyone tell me which mass technique should be used for polyaromatichydrocarbons (alkyl perylenes)?

The molecular weight of alkyl perylenes are 364, 308. But I am not getting their mass through LCMS (EI) or MALDI.

Can somebody suggest good conditions (articles, suggestions) for synthesis of RGD sequence Gly-Arg-Gly-Asp-Ser?

I tried this reaction starting from FMOC protected Asp with serine (OtBu protected) in presence of DCC/HOBt and then next step deprotection with piperidine and so on...But this strategy does not...
