My UV only gives 3.00 as ABs value at 280 nm for solutions of different concentrations and even for a cuvette with nothing inside. How to fix it?

My UV only gives 3.00 as ABs value at 280 nm for solutions of different concentrations and even for a cuvette with nothing inside. I would like to know the reason for that and the method to fix it.
