How the meshing of a complex structure such as shark skin reiblet in the large scale number could be achieved by Ansys either other CFD programs?

Griding of complex structure in enermous numbers like a huge scale plate is a hard eloborate and mostly impossible. How this task could be implemented in a 3D plate with 100 x 10 x 2 meters dimension.
