Gallyas Silver Stain. I am getting dirty slides. Under the microscope look like black particles all over them. How can I prevent this from happening?

I am using 4%PFA Fix tissue, Embedded with O.C.T. 20u sections. After staining, the slides have a black/ grainy like residue that covers the entire slide front and back making them look dirty....
