Is it possible (maybe some publications) to use small NPs (around 2-3 nm) as a detection agent in LFIA?

We are curious, if it is possible to use NPs around 2-3 nm in diameter (maybe plasmonic properties are to small for detection puropouse) if the size isn't a problem we could stabilize them well...
