Hi everyone, Why the yeast did not turn blue in QDO+x-alpha-Gal medium?

I did Y2H experiment. negative control could not grow on QDO+X-alpha-Gal while positive control and my BD-gene+AD-gene could grow on QDO+X-alpha-Gal but did not turn blue.
