Does anyone have experience using the Octet AHQ sensors to quantify IgG levels in human sera samples?

I am looking to compare the total IgG from serum samples from two different groups. I would appreciate any suggestions that might reduce the time optimizing the conditions. Thank you.

Does ultracentrifugation efficiently pellet influenza virus from allantoic fluid?

I count the virus particles in allantoic fluid, then pellet at 30 000rpm for 90 minutes. When I resuspend the pellet & count the particles I find that I only recover 15% of the virus particles....
