Can anyone direct me to methods for culturing/ treating ex vivo peripheral blood mononuclear cells from human blood?

Any information on culture media, and duration of viability. Interested in looking at NADPH Oxidase/ Nrf2/p38MAPK activity after exercise and measuring oxidative stress biomarkers.
