I meant other colorimetric method to determination amidase activity in soils without UO2(C2HgOg)2'2H2O reagent?

because i can not to get this chemical reagent in my country at least or minimum i will need special federal permissions... to use or to be tested.

Hi, is there a colorimetric method to determine amidase activity in soils?

because of the original method .. there is a chemical reagent that is very difficult to get and use in my country .. or I need special permits to use it .. greetings!
