I am confused if I need to set the Temperature in Ultrasonic steric-cleaner while cleaning glass substrates?

I usually clean glass substrates with Acetone, Iso-propyl alcohol, and DI water each for 10 minutes respectively before using it for deposition of thin films.

I deposited GZO with 60W under Argon atmosphere for 30 minutes. The resistivity was in the order of 10^(-1). What I should do if I need the resistivity value in the order of 10^(-4)?

Does the blending time matters a lot for binding two chemicals together?

I have mixed ZnO and GaO powders and kept it for binding. I should do the next step after 8 hours. But I could not do it at the right time. Does it affect my experiment if I do it Two hours Later?
