Hello, my project involve rat adipcytes, isolating from adipose tissue, It's getting turbid contamination. Can someone help me with procedure?

Hello my rat adipocytes are not getting attached (passage 3 & 4) after I'm reviving them. What could be reason? Any idea to get them attached?

It's been more than 20 days they are not getting attached to surface of flask.
