I would like to know if is possible to get mature neutrophils from bone marrow add G-CSF or other substance. Anybody have already done it?

Why do I have problems extracting RNA from mouse neutrophils?

I have tried to isolate RNA from mouse neutrophils but my yield is very low, impossible to work with it. I started with 2 million neutrophils! Could someone help me? Thanks a lot
