Does anyone know how to reconstitute and dilute human recombinant IFN-gamma protein (cat #300-02-100UG) from thermo?

There is no product specifications for this recombinant protein, I assume I reconstitute with deionised water? Thanks.

in cell culture when splitting cells, the following day when replacing media do you use the same volume of media when splitting?

say for instance the final volume is 10mL in T75 (9mL media 1mL cell suspension) when replacing the media the next day do I put in 9mL or 10mL of media.
