Why is my AMPK inhibitor (compound c/Drosomorphin) precipitating in the medium at 10uM?

Stock solution is at 10 mM in DMSO - a lot of publications use this compound at a concentration higher than 10 uM but when I try, it systematically precipitates. Does someone have a trick? Maybe...
