We culture SQ and visceral preadipocytes and have a hard time getting visceral to grow and induce to adipocytes (rodent and porcine). Suggestions?

We use standard adipocyte induction cocktail for the the animal cells. The SQ changes readily from preadipocytes to adipocytes and the predadipocytes from SQ also plate down better.

Does anyone have any recommendations on -80C and LN2 tank low-temp freezer alarms that will text or call a cell phone when the temp drops?
