I have been looking into specific markers to detect memory T cells, as there is not just one unique marker to detect them, I was wondering which would be a good combination, would CD45RO/CD3 work?

Does someone have an H&E protocol for frozen OCT samples?

Can you use AEC and DAB for the same section in IHC?

I want to do a double staining on some IHC samples, can I use 2 different Peroxidase detection systems as AEC and DAB together? Which mounting media should I use (if the staining is possible)?
