I have added different number of cells (raji cell line) to wells of adjacent columns of 96 well plate starting from 3000 to 90000 cells. But the reading of all wells at 570 is same. For reference...

What percentage of Alamar blue is used for proliferation assay? Also, What number of cells to be seeded in 96 well plate for proliferation assay?

Please put some light. I getting same value of absorbance for each well of alamar blue.
